Had a great time with friends! We loved hanging out in the games room and checking out the nearby Opera House Theatre. The staff made us feel welcomed, and the rooms were tidy. It's a solid place for fun group hangouts!
Had some issues with a rude welcome upon check-in, which was awkward and didn't set the right tone for our stay.

Great vibes but a bit noisy
Had an awesome week! Owners are super chill and welcoming. George makes breakfast fun. The family room was cozy enough for us, but we could hear the street noise, which bugged us at night. Loved the special diet menu at the bar. really handy! Would def come back for the friendly atmosphere.

The location was bang on, right near the best spots in Blackpool! And while the dining options at the hotel were a bit naff, there are fab eateries like Olivia Rose Vintage Tearooms and Dales Diner just a hop away.
Check-in was a right mess, with no staff around and our room was a shambles—unclean and not what we expected! Plus, the breakfast was a real letdown, barely scraping by with what was on offer.
